Halloween Family Fun, a Christmas Market and a race night are some of the great things you can take part in off the pitch this Autumn and Winter

Gallop down to the Britannia Pub on the 8th October for a Race Day/Night. The event will run from 2pm until 7pm and if you are first past the post there are some great prizes to be won.

There will be nine races where fun bets can be made with a raffle and games for the kids. A family event where everyone is welcome.

There will be a voluntary entry donation of £2 per adult and Childen will be free. All funds raised will go towards the MUGA fundraising and purchasing training kit for the U9 Orange team. The event has kindly been sponsored by Van Yard, Mortgage 1st, DJ Developments, North Wingfield Boxing Club, JH Auto’s, Homemade by Hannah and the Britannia Tupton.

There will be some spooky fun for Halloween with the first ever Scarefest. You can expect some family friendly Halloween activities including stalls, inflatables, bake sale, penalty shootout, best dressed fancy dress competition and some spooky surprises. Scarefest takes place on the 30th October from 2pm until 7pm on Pitch One at the Recreation Ground. Entry for adults is free with entry for first Child £2 and each additional Child £1.

We will be getting festive on Sunday 20th November with a Christmas Market taking place on Pitch One. There will be a great selection of stalls, games, food and drink and entertainment.

All proceeds from these events will help to fund the refurbishment of the Multi Use Games Arena in Tupton to create a safe contained area to enjoy sport and football.
